This was certainly not the befuddled near narcoleptic Joe we usually see falling on stairs, looking dazed and being lead away from events by handlers. Last night was riled up Joe, in my opinion in a state of agitation fueled by a cocktail of stimulant drugs. I expect Joe will need some extended rest time after he crashes when the drugs wear off.
Perhaps they gave SloJoe a slow-dissolving cocaine suppository.
