That isn’t true at all, NATO countries are moving back to greater and permanent war materials production and have already greatly increased production of 155 shells

If the busload of football players pulls into the fast-food joint and orders 100 burgers, and I can "greatly increase" the production from 25 burgers to 75 burgers - I'm still 25 burgers short.

There are numbers covering the shortfall out there, and the Ukrainians are crying "shell hunger".
