CEOs do what they’re told to do by their boards.
The boards are controlled by their institutional investors.
The institutional investors are quite likely the cabal we know as Deep State.
And you can bet that the public sector contracts which will be let, paid for with taxpayer money, will make up for any loss in private sector custom.
