s/b Sol Duc Falls
That picture (Sul Doc Falls) is almost a meme itself, a visual analogy, of so many of the things we discuss here.
Places so far apart can look so similar but give small clues that inform you of the reality.
That picture looks so similar to many places in Northern Wisconsin or Michigans UP. Tourism marketers could steal pictures from the others area to lead someone to somewhere they didnt really intend to be.
To someone that knows what details to look for though its clear.
(The Great Lakes area isnt warm enough to keep moisture levels high enough to maintain a full bloom of moss on the walls, they would be greyed white and the cracks in the limestone evident. Also, see that little slope on the left side of the bridge? In N WI or UP there would be a little mud slide there ending in a bit of gravel at the end from all the weekend environmentalists from Chicago getting selfies right before they fell in.)
