I remember when the danger was the Douglas DC9. I used to call the airline to ask what equipment was scheduled. A pointless exercise, I suppose, but it kept the airline alert to the fact that some travelers are keeping up - and so should they.😌 (That was long before the TSA and Pete Bootyjudge were keeping us all safe.🙃)
