This is what I do. It’s the only way to eat well. Processed food is poison. I try to get the best ingredients. I do my best. Growing more veggies this year, a lot more. 😅
Since I was very young with 2 small children, home cooking. I do buy tahini and peanut butter. Can’t make them at home. We grow a lot of veggies in the summer but I refuse to can vegetables.
