Upon further review, it seems President Brandon plagiarized three of his previous speeches and repeated many sections, used the same applause lines, and the same lame and trite bromides.

He also snubbed Speaker Johnson when he jumped the gun and did not allow the Speaker to introduce his GUEST in his House, President Brandon. There was an awkward nod between Johnson and Harris (yup, Grandpa Joe stepped on your toes), and an even more awkward removal of Johnson's microphone by a House Page as Brandon made a lame joke, then started his lame speech.
