Some passengers act like kindergartners. How did he abuse his power? His instructions were reasonable and if obeyed would be in the best interests of the passengers.
Some might think it is gangsta rule in the air but it’s not.
He didn’t abuse his “power” (you mean his authority?), but he was disrespectful to the people paying him.
