You cannot feed a handful of people sugar crap with processed protein mixed in, for a brief time, and conclude “Protein causes heart attacks”!

Seriously...look at people on carnivore, or bodybuilders who have supplemented with very high protein intake for YEARS and see if they show signs of arterial damage.

Me? Weight down. Blood pressure down. Cholesterol down (slightly). HDL up. Triglycerides down. But eating meat will give me a heart attack? We have REAL WORLD data possible, but someone uses supplemented sugar drinks to POSTULATE tons of athletes and even old guys on carnivore are killing themselves?
