“Flint Dibble” an archaeologist at Cardiff University
C’mon! Really? How come his last name isn’t “Stone”?
“A sensational science story which gripped the world last year....”
Last year? I first read about it in Graham Hancock’s book “Magicians of the Gods” that was published in 2015. The information has been floating around for a while.
” and could be” All you need to know.
I like how they bill Graham Hancock as a pseudoscientist. He has never claimed anything of the sort. He does claim to be a journalist in that he gathers all the information and writes his story, or books based upn the evidence he has gathered from a variety of sources in the various fields.
I must admit that I like Hancock’s books and do believe that the Younger Dryas Impact Theory is supported by the evidence as to the end of the last ice age and entry into the Holocene era.
If it’s more than 12-13k years old, it should have signs of the Younger Dryas, which everything else points to having happened around that time.
