Our bodies were built to be cavemen.

Understanding the world of the caveman is a good guide as to how to eat. The caveman didn’t have supermarkets with all kinds of food available year-round. And there certainly wasn’t any processed foods back then.

If he wanted food, he had to hunt for it, and he might go days without food, and yet he survived. And he’d better be fast to outrun the animals that were trying to kill him.

This is why fasting is actually good for the body. You have to be at your best when you haven’t eaten for awhile, and fasting actually is good for the brain, and produces Human Growth Hormone to build muscle.

Have you ever followed a deer, pig, mountain Goat or Sheep in the wild? Observe what they eat and how much. They will only feed on one source of feed in the wild for no more than five minutes before moving on to something else. A varied diet. No too much of any one thing.

It takes domesticated animals to eat themselves to death. And humans are domesticated animals too.
