Its hard to fathom what goes on in the liberal mind. I worked around lots of them and never ceased to be amazed at how they can block out facts, logic and common sense. Mostly they just emote.
Drug use can mess up the logic centers of the brain that control decision-making skills. One characteristic is impulsivity which is the loss of controlling emotional urges. Impulsivity is what is tied into the addictive complex that makes it hard to stop ones addiction.
Impulsivity is also tied into family upbringing where one does not learn the skills for controlling their urges or momentary desires, without weighing them rationally.
