I just got another set of denials in the mail today. This now makes my third attempt, and my lawyer is researching our options. But I’m to the point where I told them that if they don’t see a path forward to stop trying. I’m going to forward a very pointed letter to the head of the VA expressing my displeasure with their system where illegals get funds meant for people like you and me.
