People with these embryos will begin filing their Alabama income taxes claiming deductions for each frozen embryo.

Oh BS. They didn’t rule that it’s a “person” that’s cheap yellow propaganda journalism.

The courts ruled that an embryo has the same rights as any unborn child and, as such, the parents the embryos belonged to could sue for malpractice damages.
