By that same logic, he could be a weak judge and still be looking for a way to disqualify Fani by making an overwhelming case against her (and the case is overwhelming).

Word is that Fani is an imperious boss and people working for her are not a happy lot.

BTW, the judge used to work under Fani at the DA's office (before she became DA). And she just insulted him in his own courtroom by taking control of said courtroom and even refusing to call him "Your Honor" (she called him "Mister").
