Semantics aside, those that engage in cross dressing, even self mutilation, they believe they are transgender and belief is a powerful thing, especially misguided belief.

I disagree.. anything that is that much at odds with nature will soon be frustrated out if existence.

My mother used to complain about children who ran across the street without looking, and my father would remind her, half-jokingly, that such children would likely not live to reproduce, and thus the problem would take care of itself.

The same is true of transgenderism and other perversions - they are not traits that will be passed on to future generations.
