I have the Global Entry card issued by Customs and Immigration. Came back from Europe through Newark. Swiped the card, camera scanned by face. Customs officer 20 feet down the aisle smiled and greeted me by name.
Meanwhile, hundreds stood in line waiting for an officer. Pretty neat I thought.

It was easily in the past 2 years so I'm thinking it was either coming back from Cancun, Antiqua, Barbados, Belize, Honduras, Curasao or Turks & Caicos.
