Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, introduces everyone to SB 1160, a bill, in California, that would actually force California residents to register each and every firearm they own...annually.
Yes, this is a bill, that claims to not violate 18 U.S.C. 926, but just exactly that and does it by design.
Just when you thought that California could not get any more evil or detached from Constitutional reality, they out-do themselves once again.
Learn about all of this insanity and arm yourself with education today.

Californians need to simply don’t comply
We need a federal criminal law prohibiting the creation or use of a gun registry, applicable to federal and state employees.
Probably will have to pay a fee for each as well.
You should see what the Colorado Cat Lady Legislature has coming up. Total disarmament.
“...or detached from Constitutional reality,...”
It is the “Constitutional Conservatives” who are detached from Constitutional reality, by believing that a piece of paper is going to prevent this stuff when the Left has captured, or heavily influences all the institutions in the country.
Concord Hymn
BY Ralph Waldo Emerson
At the Completion of the Battle Monument, July 4, 1837
By the rude bridge that arched the flood,
Their flag to April’s breeze unfurled,
Here once the embattled farmers stood
And fired the shot heard round the world.
The foe long since in silence slept;
Alike the conqueror silent sleeps;
And Time the ruined bridge has swept
Down the dark stream which seaward creeps.
On this green bank, by this soft stream,
We set today a votive stone;
That memory may their deed redeem,
When, like our sires, our sons are gone.
Spirit, that made those heroes dare
To die, and leave their children free,
Bid Time and Nature gently spare
It is a fee for EACH fireram.

And a yearly tax.
Colorado seems to want to out do California on gun legislation. it’s sad to see
From what I recall everyone ignored it and still do. I don’t see how this crap law will change anything.
These idiots and their courts are making all laws useless until nobody obeys any laws and then it is the Wild West again.
Hard to believe this is the same state that REJECTED handgun registration and ban back in 1982.
Nazi gun control in occupied countries...
‘The U.S. media covered the above events. And when France fell to Nazi invasion in 1940, the New York Times reported that the French were deprived of rights such as free speech and firearm possession just as the Germans had been. Frenchmen who failed to surrender their firearms within 24 hours were subject to the death penalty.
No wonder that in 1941, just days before the Pearl Harbor attack, Congress reaffirmed Second Amendment rights and prohibited gun registration. In 1968, bills to register guns were debated, with opponents recalling the Nazi experience and supporters denying that the Nazis ever used registration records to confiscate guns. The bills were defeated, as every such proposal has been ever since, including recent “universal background check” bills.’’
Warning! NEVER TRUST A DEMOCRAT OR COMMIE WITH YOUR GUNS!
California is going to treat guns like car registrations, force them to not only register the same gun over and over for a hefty fee, but it will also include gun inspections fees to check for modifications, serial number inspections, etc.
We won’t.
Someone should ask this moron how many criminals will comply?
“An armed society is a polite society.”
As an aside… car jackers, like horse thieves, should be hanged.
