Tell us more—any pattern to the suicides?
Mostly at the beginning of a semester or around exams, I think. I haven’t studied it.
I feel like there’s a lot of pressure for students because it’s such an expensive university in an expensive city and so competitive. I don’t know that there are specific schools where it’s more prevalent, but maybe it has something to do with coming from being a big fish in high school to not being all that special when you’re in with big fish from all over the world.
