The Nederlanders asked for this -pleaded for it. It started years before it became a big blip on our own radar as many thousands of Indonesians were invited to go to migrate to the metropolis of the Old Empire. My Dutch girlfriend in the 60s told me joyfully about all the wonderful Indonesians that were coming to her country.
The netherlands use to own Indonesia. I’ve met HUNDREDS of Fabulously nice Indonesians on cruise ships. They work VERY hard and not like ARAVS even though they are Muslim.
Open borders and welfare systems do not go together
Nothing like frequent volcanic eruptions to focus the mind, eh?
If they will not comport, you must deport.
Thanks for posting
Isn’t it great being a cosmopolitan city?
Lol.
Correct. Just as they are here.
Get the bastards OUT

The Dutch thought the Arabs would be the same. It didn’t happen that way and now many of the Indonesians are politically indistinguishable from Turks and arabs. The imams are, as here, largely sent and financed by Arabian Wahhabis ad that, naturally, has had an effect. France made a similar but much worse arrangement with the Algerians, most of whom were “nice people” fifty years ago and seemed to be assimilating at first.
how’s that diversity working out for you?
maybe you shouldn’t have invited the amish...
When you leave the country, leave the country's politics behind. And if the first group is so loyal to the Eritrean government, why aren't they still there?
At one time, I worked with an Eritrean immigrant to the U.S., who became a naturalized citizen as soon as legally possible. One of the most intelligent people I have ever known, and sure to go far in his career.
Have never run into a bad Indonesian.
Yep. Ain’t it grand? NOT.
The vibrancy of diversity.
BTTT
Coming to a city near you...
Sorry for correcting you, but the Eritreans were not „invited“ by the Dutch government. They came as asylum seekers (some call them „invaders“).
With other Muslim groups in the Netherlands, such as the Indonesians, the Moroccans and the Turks, it was different - but no different than in the rest of the West, where it was a) assumed that they would assimilate without much ado, and b) that happened in the Sixties, when Islamism as an ideology had (largely) not yet unfolded its deleterious influence.
Needless to say, hindsight is always 20/20…
refugees fleeing their govt are expected to flee to the next closest country of safety... not travel a quarter of the globe to get better social services.
at that point, they’re invaders... but if the country they’re invading doesn’t stand opposed to them being there, they might as well have been invited.
