Some people here apparently don’t realize that there is a purpose for an unscrupulous scientist to perpetrate a fraud by creating a fake fossil, tool, setting up a phony habitation site etc-it happens a lot and has ever since sizeable financial grants, positions with big salaries, lots of benefits and enough favorable exposure to set them up nicely for a long time have been the rewards-global warming is a fine example. That is certainly enough to get a greedy scientist with a big ego to engineer an elaborate fraud and hope they don’t get busted. Fortunately, they do, and the faster the better...
The Earth is not only 6000 years old-the evidence for billions of years is obvious-intelligent design says God made the Earth, on His timetable, not ours, and certainly not the one put forth/interpreted by humans a few thousand years ago, when they had no idea how the universe worked, what caused thunder and lightning, drought, windstorms, etc, and so could only interpret any unusual event as being supernatural.what is a day, or a year in the eye of God?
