Fani said she was not going to reveal where her daughter lived. Marchant absent mindedly asked one witness to corroborate his cell phone number that she had in her possession. He was halfway through reciting it, before his lawyer objected and stopped him. The judge is having to give her a lot of guidance on how to pose a question, and especially on avoiding stepping on the attorney-client privilege which has been asserted.
