He actually can’t be guilty of treason as he is not a US citizen. Born in BC Canada to a foreign mother and Malcolm X, they weren’t married, so he did not inherit his father’s citizenship. He can be arrested for being a foreign enemy combatant, though.

Same thing would apply if 0’s parents were drunk Obama the foreign Kenyan student in the US on a student visa, and the Dunham girl with the odd first name.
They weren’t married, and she was overseas when 0 was born, and she was too young to convey US citizenship to 0.
So, he could be arrested for being a foreign enemy combatant.
