Well you can bet that Tucker was not allowed to visit or view those “not so nice parts of the city” there.

That's absurd. Russia is not North Korea where the movement of visitors is restricted.

The only thing absurd is your apparent lack of a grasp on reality. Have things changed that much... for the better... in the past five months? I sincerely doubt it.
