I’ve seen that with a few cases. The person gets put on a miracle drug and returns to somewhat normal. It only works for a few days. They raise the dose and it sometimes works which seems the case with Biden. But eventually it stops working and they can’t raise the dose anymore. Think of the movie “Awakenings.”
