First, the MSM thinks people actually decide what to think based on what they report. Up til now they’ve been telling everyone that Biden is fine, but after the Hur report they know they have to set a new course. Nothing drastic, because their DNC bosses want Joe to stay in office til the convention in August where they can do whatever they want (just ask Hillary).

Small baby steps, just stop lying a bit and let the Hur findings come out instead of burying them. Start running op eds questioning Biden’s mental state rather than suppressing them. Over coming months they’ve have executed a complete 180 and public opinion - they hope - have have followed their lead.

With Biden’s approval numbers in the proverbial basement, maybe even more damning facts in evidence, few will find fault with replacing him as the nominee. Even leapfrogging unpopular Kamala with Newsome will seem acceptable, especially if someone puts an endorsement on Biden’s teleprompter. Meanwhile someone can buy Harris off with a cushy no-work job like being President....of Harvard.

That double standard just won’t wash. It is unfair and corrodes the American system of equal justice under the law.

President Trump needs to cite Section 1 of the 14th amendment "equal protection under the law."

If the DoJ won't indict Biden for worse document handling than Trump, then Trump must seek "equal protection" from the Supreme Court for similar DoJ charges.

Kamala could nominate someone competent as VP, then the party could make that person their candidate for the November election. The only drawback is that she would have to pick someone able to get a majority vote in both houses of Congress for confirmation.
