An NBC needs no law to make them an NBC.
The Supreme court cannot rule on the constitutionality of a law that doesn't exist.
A naturalized citizen only has citizenship by act of law, not by inherent status, they worked for and earned their citizenship.
An anchor baby only has citizenship by act of law, not by inherent status. He/she/it is a "citizen born abroad" of his/her/its parents' countries.
But don't let that stop you from voting for a birth tourism born Communist Chinese baby whelped in California and raised in the PRC to hate you and the USA for your ruler.
You'll get the ruler you deserve.
And you won't have "standing" to object, so you'll just have to sit down and take it, peasant!
This has been brought before the SCOTUS before. They refused to rule that someone born on US territory is not a natural born citizen and thus ineligible to be president.
You can believe it as much as you want. There is no legal basis to support it.
Barry Goldwater was born in Arizona before it was a state = no problem.
McCain was born in the Panama Canal zone = no problem.
Obama had an American mother and a foreign father = no problem.
That’s what the federal courts have held so far. If Vivek is elected, he will be duly sworn in as president.
