If that is factual, and probably is, then look for Biden’s people to cherry pick some dementia experts to give Joe a rigged cognitive test that he passes easily. Otherwise, Obama throws Joe under the bus and installs Michelle as the Democrats candidate for 24.
I already have a transcript of the dementia test—it was just one question:
