The left operates through deception. We may be horrified by the lies, but the left thinks they have a good fable and they are running with it even it they know it is really not true.
Any defense is a lie. He should admit and apologize. As I wrote in the earlier thread a moment ago: Mark Mann is a disgraced liar and academic fraud. NOT A VICTIM. He, with Hansen and Gore deserve scorn for what they’ve caused.
Much of the cross of McIntyre sought to emphasize that McIntyre never used the word “fraud” in criticizing Mann’s work. On two occasions, McIntyre conceded that that was true, but said that Mann had “omitted material adverse results.”

I thought the testimony from McIntyre and McKitrick was very powerful. Will it hold any weight with a DC jury that was essentially asked by Plaintiff’s lawyer Williams to make sure they ‘support the climate narrative’ is a question that will soon be answered.
As for how McIntyre answered the question about ‘fraud’, what he could have said was that he deliberately avoided the use of that specific word when criticizing Mann’s work because he didn’t want to get himself involved in a frivolous lawsuit that had to be defended in DC someday....
