In Texas, if you have a confirmed seizure, they are supposed to pull your license for a year and only give it back if you have gone a year without a seizure to keep these things from happening. What I see is that no one wants to be the person who takes their license so they drive on and everyone crosses their fingers in hopes they don’t seize while operating a vehicle.

ha ha Not exactly leveled I guess.

McQueen had them on the run in that scene. In real life if they had straighter roads that Charger would likely have run away from the 289 up in top end.

I recall that “in real life” the director had the Charger dumbed down and/or the Mustang beefed up. Also, in recreations of Shut Down with competant drivers, the Super Stock Dodge with the 413 beats the fuel injected Corvette Stingray, though it IS a good race.

Do we think that NM has ONE gas station, so a gas-station-explosion would need no further location?

Superior flow at the (ported?) Heads and hemispheric combustion. Later, couldn’t keep up with small Block Chevys turning 9 grand on the tach, no matter the head flow.

That’s too close for comfort.

The Fox links give me a 404. Where in NM did this happen?
In my past experiences I bet it was a woman who needed a potty NOW!

Can’t be in new Mexico! The station was not a WHITING BROTHERS.
