This article is from December but I'm posting it due to the D.C. Appeals court ruling of today.

And you should post it today.

Lotta dimbulb “conservatives” here agreeing with the Bolshevik DC judgeocracy in their little quest to imprison Don the WrongThinker.

If the Judiciary now thinks they can just wait out a President until after his term ends and then go for his throat on all the decisions he made then they are now in control entirely and the Presidency is merely a cameo appearance.

Corrupt courts can fast-track or slow-track cases as it suits them.

Courts in GA are slow-tracking Trump's 2020 challenges to examine the cheat-by-mail-in ballots where a veteran poll worker made a sworn deposition claiming there were tens of thousands of ballots without creases and tightly stacked that were all photocopies for Biden. The rumor just before Christmas was that these ballots have been destroyed and the lawyers for the state petitioned the court to be allowed to resign from the case.

Ditto for Kari Lake's election challenges. All being slow walked in the AZ lower courts.

Women should not be judges or lawyers.

If I were Trump I would hire 5 people to stand outside the courtroom on the public sidewalks with signs and pass out copies of every article which makes the prosecution and judges look like idiots.

If I could afford it, I would hire some private investigators to look into Jack Smith’s past in order to try to find some dirt on him. Even if they have to go back to his high school days. Unless Smith has lived his life as a saint, there should be something that the investigators could find to publicly smear him with.

At this point, the is no way the J6 trial is going to happen before the election.

Trump will have about 30 days to ask for an en banc review. That will take at least some time for a decision; at least two weeks.

If the D.DC Court of Appeals rejects that, Trump has 60 days to file Writ Of Cert with the Supreme Court. That will take a few weeks for a decision because at least four Justices will vote to accept. Even if they don’t, Trump has 30 days to file for reconsideration.

30 days to file for an en banc review at the COA takes this case to around mid-March.

60 days to file a writ of Cert takes the case to mid-May. If denied, Trump has 30 days for a motion to reconsidered. That takes it to the end of June when the court is in recess until October.

The U.S. Supreme Court will pretty much have to take the case. If they do, the case will never be heard before the election. That won’t be heard for several months and an opinion several months after that. If Trump wins, the case will be dismissed as being moot.

On top of that, there are many more issues to be resolved in the trial court; many of which can be appealed.

On top of that Chutken ws forced to stop the trial date until after the appeals process is complete.

In other words, there is absolutely no way this case is going to trial before the election.

Nearly everyone in DC wants to get Trump out of the race, or out of the WH, one way or another. I’m convinced that Nikki is being funded to stay in, based on this goal.

The US District Court of Appeals was only created, by Congress, in 1893.

So the Republic functioned for 100+ years without it

Like the US District Court for DC, which has become the Kangaroo Court for DOJ political show-trials in the USA - which was also created by Congress - it should be eliminated.
