Wikipedia is claiming voters can only participate in either the primary or the caucus.

Maybe some locals can chime in and clarify this point.

Voted None of the Above in the primary, will attend the caucus on Thursday. wikipedia is FOS.

You are allowed to do both. Some folks early voted and marked “None of these candidates”. Then they will go to the caucus and choose the person that will receive delegates. The “ winner” from Tuesday gets ZERO delegates.
