Contrast the above with the experience of most American grade- and high-school students who are bored out of their skulls listening to Marxist teachers who can't boil water talk about how white males have screwed them out of a decent life.

You've almost got it (as does the author, almost). Watch all that amazing production and realize how much of it is directed from the top by the likes of Blackrock and Vanguard. Think of their cut, and they're not stupid lazy people either.

Then realize that those Marxist teachers were ALL taught in a tightly-controlled system of teachers' colleges cooked up by... the Rockefellers, Carnegies, Fords... people who want to stay on top by making sure the system produces people who will willingly keep them there. The mechanism is social democracy, whereby the regulatory system is populated by yet more stupid drones delivering the goodies, picking winners and losers for Blackrock, Vanguard, Rockefellers Carnegies, Fords, Zuckerberg... etc.

This is fascism and it's going global. As automation kills jobs, the ranks of dependants swell. There will be no escape unless the people kill voter fraud. Else, those Democrat bureaucrats will count the ballots to their hearts' content.

I know your point of view and believe I understand your argument, but you are mixing up old-time robber barons who actually gave lots of money away to deplorables without strings attached (e.g., Rockefellers, Carnegies, Fords) and helped people back in the day, WITH

Horrible people like the education establishment, Zuckerberg, Black Rock, etc., who are modern day globalist fascists who have co-opted the time honored tradition of wealthy philanthropy, so as to promote their sick version of globalism, communism, and micromanagement of normals.

In other words, don't blame Rockefeller, Carnegie, and Ford, who are all spinning in their graves at 7000 rpm, because their worthless heirs and other parasites have gone into their foundations and rendered them rotten and communist, inside and out.

A company on How It's Made that is privately held and makes potato salad in Ontario hardly fits into the Blackrock category. Most of the companies on the show are making springs, snowshoes, or nickel-plated screws.
