Your nomination is a very interesting one hit wonder.
It would be interesting to re-do that song in view of all the changes in the world since 1969 that despite the good things, continue to make the future look bleak.
I didn’t nominate that song—someone else mentioned “2525” as if it were a 1970s song. I agree it’s an interesting song (if not particularly logical). It came out about the same time as the first moon landing & moon walk by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin.
