Over the years I have been claiming that Hugo Chavez of Venezuela tasked Dominion/smartmatic to build a machine that could easily be hacked.

According to SG, Jorge Rodriguez combined with Smartmatic to create an operating/voting system that could change votes in the operating system in order to maintain control. In other words to cheat in voting so Chavez always won.!!

In Venezuela a 2009 referendum passed that eliminated term limits for presidents! Smartmatic's easy to hack machines then permitted Chavez to be reelected an unlimited number of times.

Smartmatic called the system The Election Management System. Sg goes on to say Smartmatic was a pioneer in crooked voting systems! The machines had thumbprint ballots and printed out the ballots. Who cares if you can manipulate the vote!!Smartmatic created and operated the entire system!!

All Chavez wanted was the ability of the machine to be able to change the vote without it being detected,accd. to SG which Smartmatic did. Chavez wanted the thumbprint on the ballot to be tied to a name and ID as having voted. Chavez made it clear that the system could not be set up to show the changed vote. There was to be no evidence to show the change and nothing to contradict the name of the fingerprint or thumbprint that went with the changed vote.

Smartmatic agreed to do such a system and created the software and hardware that produced this result!!

So from Venezuela Smartmatic "election system machines" went worldwide. The US for sure. Who knows how many other countries it is in. SG did not mention Peter Strzok as the one who sent the system on a worldwide scale.I had read that but can't find it now.

This provided a basis for a much more expanded operation. Hopefully, now that this system is in the daylight we the people can come to an intervention with a unified accountability that is now moving in says SG.

Smartmatic’s team agreed to create such a system and did so.”

Witness has details on how Smartmatic fraud software works. The witness details more meetings and details, including names. The system was used to keep Chavez in power “democratically,” and to rig voting at the national and local levels. The system was designed to foil the biometric identity of each voter and not assign that biometric to the real ballot, and would leave no evidence that the vote had been changed or otherwise manipulated.
