My dad and I met General Partin at the Mid-American Constitution Conference in either Grain Valley or Independence, Missouri during the mid 1990s. Went to the event for 3 years and they held the conference in different locations. Spoke to General Partin for about 10 minutes after his presentation. He was convinced the building came down because of internal explosives. His presentation was fascinating. Also saw Terry Reed, Dr. Eugene Schroder, Dr. Nick Begich, Michael New’s father, L.D. Brown, Dr. Garth Nicolson and many others.
