I am remembering the War Correspondent from Ireland who was on the ground early on during the war. He was the one who showed the crimes against the citizens by the nazi sympathizer Ukrainian fighters who were not part of the regular Ukrainian army, but a separate fighting force.
At least that is what I garnered from his reporting... anyway, we should look up and post some of his videos and see how well they align with Putin’s descriptions of what appears to have be or have been a civil war.
The Russians were doing all they could according to this correspondent to help the citizens with food, medical aid, etc...
This was when I realized that our government was lying to us - I also noticed that the Irishman was being accused of being a Russian sympathizer. Now, in retrospect, it seems the standard tactic of denigrating truthtellers, if you dont want the truth to be told?
I am off to see if I can remember/find his name and or videos, and if he is still on the ground there, or if they managed to stop him somehow.

I vaguely remember the war correspondent from Ireland. There are (or were, don’t know how many have survived) Azov Battalion and other all-nazi military groups (for lack of proper military terminology) but many of the regular military and people are connected in one way or another with nazi ideology.
I am pretty sure it was back in the early days - Mariupol, Donetsk (sp) - in the Dunbas.
My memory is sketchy because of grieving the death of my husband, but the impression I had, sketchy at best, was that the Azov Battalion was attacking the regular civilians suspected of being Russian sympathizers. The Russians were attacking the Azov Nazis.
That seems pretty “civil warish” to me, as these Azovs were pretty much acting independently of the Ukraine government and military.
We had and have no business getting involved, in my present opinion. Which Founding Father said something about making “no entangling alliances”?
Good post as I recall some years ago CIA was working with the azov nazis in various ways trying to foment madness and mayhem in the dombass.
IT seems nothing is as it seems and hasnt been for decades.
