wait... a neighbor poisoned the "wrong" dog that was barking. Though the poisoning of the dog wouldn't happen if you didn't vote (for someone he doesn't like)
Sounds like a serious crime to me.
One would think, but it’s only 18 months jail time here. That should change soon, in my opinion, since people think of their pets as fur babies, children, and family members.
