They should recall this sham who - presumably - does not represent his constituents.Federal officers, i.e. senators and congressmen, cannot be recalled. This has been litigated in federal court (Frank Church, ID, 1967) and state court (Robert Menendez, NJ, 2013). To recall a federal officer, you would have to amend the Constitution.
