Per a late report in The Epoch Times McConnell has REVERSED his earlier support of the bill and advised a "No" vote on passage.
Seems our fav Post Turtle has smelled out some rocks and shoals in his future and trimmed his sails a mite.
Since the next Procedural vote on the bill is Wednesday, I'd guess tomorrow is going to be a kinda sorta turbulent news day, eh?
