I think that if you were to somehow negate gravity, you would negate inertia at the same time. In essence, you would be inside your own inertial field or bubble and feel no G force at all. What really intrigues me is the link between gravity and time. From my very naive understanding of it, if one were able to manipulate gravity you would also manipulate time to create a difference in the rate it passes between your separate inertial filed and that of another.

Interesting. Negating inertia would seem to eliminate G-forces. I always wondered about the “Hyper-drive” travel in Star Wars. Obviously all inertia would have to be removed.
