He states it’s what he’s doing is not illegal but then she attacks him(which is illegal) then tells him he can’t film her….these people should be out in their place instantly.
She knows she is aiding (and abetting, and more specifically, encouraging) illegal immigration.
If that is not her property and she is in public, then she has no such right to privacy.
If she thinks she is just being nice and feeding hungry people and just offering comfort in some ‘humanitarian’ way, then why doesn’t she want to be in the shot? Most humanitarians love a little exposure.
That tells you all you really need to know.
BTW, he calls her a karen, and perhaps that is her real name, but he (she/it?) gets really annoying with the wimpy/simpy sounding constant “youre gonna get arrested” thing. It’s not hard to be slightly tactical. Just swing the camera around in a big sweeping circle and watch her try to dance and stay in front of it. Be shifty. Also, consider having others there with you also recording.
She’s an idiot. If she is in public and is making a public statement she does not have to give her consent to being filmed.
