Are you sure? Evidence is generally suppressed pre-trial in the various filings. I that’s why I’m curious about the date so I can find the docements and the suppression order.

If these were going to be presented during closing arguments where the judge shut down the reading of mean tweets to Carroll, the rules generally hold that new evidence cannot be introduced during that process, as it’s not open to cross examination.
