Could they have been consciously or subconsciously intimidated by hearing a court official hint at Murdaugh’s guilt and if it did sway their verdict would they even admit it, knowing they would be heavily scrutinized. That is why “prejudice” Is the only argument in this hearing, ainstead the judge went into the weeds stating regardless of Hills comments, overwhelming evidence presented at trial proved his guilt.
