Pres8d3nt Trump sometimes hit Iranian back troops when they hit us.
One thing that has changed even since Trump left office is the number, cost and capability of drones has really given an advantage to the forces of chaos and disorder.
Soliemani was 4 years ago. And a lot of technology has changed and not in favor of the US. (regardless who is President).
Biden’s weakness and stuipidity makes things worse. And Trump is not scared of hitting Iran.
But some of these Iran aligned entities have their own production facilities. They are not entirely dependent on Iran (or Russia).
And Russia directly supplying these guys is also a risk. The West has sent ~$200 billion in weapons for proxies to use against the Russian military.
It is inevitable there will be some blowback from that.
