I understand that. But it sure as hell helps. And, even if Trump nominated him for AG, there is no way he’d get senate approval. Remember, Congress — especially the Senate — is chock full of lawyers; and lawyers have a “boy’s club” mentality: They would not likely consent to having a non-lawyer as head of the legal office of the US.
