The ins companies in NC have proposed an up to 99.4% increase in homeowners’ insurance. Add in soaring interest rates, taxes are up as well as other costs and my husband and I are thinking they are trying to purposely drive people out of their homes so they can do what they want with them. Including putting in migrants for free.
