I would imagine it’s harder to get into mexico than out of mexico these days.

Ha! I wonder what would happen if I went to Mexico thru a port of entry then circled around to cross the Rio Grand into the arms of Border Patrol and showed them my U.S. passport.

Would they:
Wave me thru? Arrest me? Send me back?

I'm betting they would make it a hassle in any case.
