Call it a home test kitchen. I've gotten REAL good at a lot of things. My son decided to become a chef. You know you're on the right track when your son in Culinary School call YOU for advise. The school even asked permission to put my Reuben Pizza on the school cafeteria menu. I said yes, no charge if they gave me a mention somewhere on the menu.
