Been working hard this afternoon. I now have a pot of my Louisiana chili simmering on the stove.

I've been playing around with this chili recipe for over 30 years. If anyone is interested, I'll post the recipe with my commentary.

I would absolutely love to get a good, years tested, homemade chili recipe. Lots of good cayenne? A commentary would make it special!

30 years? It’s taken you 30 years to learn how to make chile? In the same 30 years I’ve eaten at least 30 cows. Maybe I could send you a picture of Sambo? One I remember fondly. He was a 4-H steer I bought from some kids.
